Terms of Service

This is a working draft published ahead of JodiPakki's full legal review. It describes our intended terms in plain language but does not yet replace formal legal counsel — a reviewed version will follow before general availability.

1. Who can use JodiPakki

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to create an account. Profiles may be created by the individual themselves or, with their knowledge and consent, by a parent or close family member on their behalf.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your account secure. We verify your phone number, but we do not independently verify every claim on a profile — use your own judgment, especially before sharing personal or financial information with someone you've matched with.

3. Content you share

You retain ownership of the photos, bio, and other content you upload. By posting it, you give us permission to display it to other members consistent with your privacy settings, and to moderate or remove it if it violates our Community Guidelines.

4. What's not allowed

  • Creating a fake profile or impersonating someone else
  • Asking other members for money, gifts, or financial help
  • Harassment, hate speech, or sharing sexually explicit content
  • Being married or in an active relationship while presenting as single
  • Scraping, reselling, or otherwise misusing member data

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice depending on severity. You can delete your own account at any time from your profile settings.

6. Payments (future)

JodiPakki is free to use today. If we introduce paid plans in the future, their specific terms — pricing, billing, and cancellation — will be presented clearly before you pay for anything, and this section will be updated accordingly.

7. Disclaimers

JodiPakki helps you discover and connect with potential partners based on the preferences and information you provide. We don't guarantee a match, a relationship, or a marriage — the Jodi Score reflects shared preferences, not a prediction about how a relationship will turn out.
